Our Mission
Multifaceted Giving (formerly Lotus Flower Foundation) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that is dedicated to creating a positive impact by providing coaching, professional development, training and workshop facilitation within historically underserved communities in an effort to help our constituents empower themselves to achieve more in their education, careers and personal lives.

It is our belief that it does not matter where you come from, what your socio-economic status is, what obstacles you have faced or what adversity you have had to overcome. Your current situation is not your destination!

We meet you where you are in your life and through coaching, training, and the identification of available resources we help you set goals for yourself and your development, from the classroom to the boardroom and beyond.

Whether the goal is graduating from high school ready for college and a career, successfully completing your post- secondary education or training, entering the work force, starting your own business, navigating the corporate world, or staying on track while you gain additional experiences, we help foster your manifestation of the life you have envisioned for yourself.

The founding principal of our organization is the importance of lifting as you climb and paying it forward. You don’t need to achieve all of your goals in order to be an inspiration to someone else. There is power in the process and sharing your experiences, both good and bad, could have a very real impact on someone else’s journey.

Unlocking the power of sisterhood.
Sister Circle is a safe space for women of different backgrounds to come together and fellowship, build relationships, share experiences, and offer support, inspiration, and encouragement to each other. We hold ourselves and each other accountable in our individual pursuits in an effort to reach our goals and manifest the lives we have envisioned.
A unique approach to youth empowerment.
Firm Foundation is a mentoring program that adopts a proactive approach to helping youth set and achieve educational goals while working to close the gap between the support being offered through the school system and the additional support that some of these students may need. Our program aims to get students out of their comfort zones by creating opportunities for additional experiences outside of the classroom environment through a robust mix of activities and programming including interactive learning workshops, exposure to professionals from a variety of different careers and fields, college preparation, financial skills training, leadership and professional development, and recreational events.
A passion for meaningful elder services programming.
Nurturing Next Season provides seniors and adults with disabilities access to positive, meaningful programming and activities designed to promote lifelong learning and socialization. Our participants get to meet new friends and discover interests in a warm and exciting environment that fills their days with purpose. We host and attend outings and celebrations on a regular basis.
Using representation to build a strong S.T.E.M. career pipeline.
The LotuSTEM program aims to spark an interest in science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) fields among elementary, middle and high school students. Our goal is to encourage, inspire, educate and motivate students to pursue careers in STEM. By partnering with our corporate sponsor to bring hands on experiments and activities to schools, afterschool programs, camps, and community events and provide students access to professionals working within STEM careers to share their experiences, we hope to strengthen and diversify the STEM pipeline.
